Vietnamese restaurants in Little Saigon (in one place to allow for easy linking). COSTS are educated guesses as of June 2009 and do not include tax, tip or drinks. AMBIANCE GUIDE: "A": English or fully bilingual menus, American-style service, English fluency, as gracious as it gets. "B": Some menu translation problems, pay at the counter, some language barrier, ad-hoc service (no frills). "C": Pay at the counter, menu may be hard to decipher, service will consist of someone coming up and staring at you with a pad of paper. By far the most common. "D": Counter service, usually surly. Don't get on line until you know exactly what you want, and expect to have to shout at at least one person. "F": Exactly like D, except with no lines. Push your way to the front and watch out for the old ladies with the parasols because those things HURT when jabbed into your kidneys.
