TEMPE. Lucille's barbecue is some of the best barbecue in the Phoenix metro area. Located in the Tempe Marketplace in Tempe, AZ. The food will appeal to all cultures-Hispanic, African-American, Caucasian, Middle Eastern, etc... Try the brisket. It's good!
