As of April 08, a meal for six served a la famiglia at La Buca. Best non-resto meal: my dad's fresh whole bbq'd spring salmon

in the spring: asparagus lasagne (white sauce); in the winter: anything with pork tenderloin

La Buca, Kibune, Golden Ocean, Peaceful, Vij's, Nuba, Sawasdee Thai... that's seven, one for each day of the week. And for non-Vancouver, I'd say Canteen in San Francisco.
