October 01, 2008 - Although Marc Ecko originally announced his limited edition Star Wars line back in March, little has been seen about the collection since. But now, half a year later Ecko has begun selling the series online. The collection includes eight items, six of which incorporate somewhat uninspiring Star Wars-themed fare, but two hoodies in particular really go above and beyond Star Wars merchandize. The Star Wars Real Trooper and Fett For Real hoodies take their scheme directly from the Boba Fett and Storm Trooper armor and blur the lines between casual wear and cosplay. More »

September 30, 2008 - The aim of the Real Triggers attachments are to cure the DualShock 3 and Sixaxis controllers of their difficult to grip and under-performing R2 and L2 buttons. It's commonly known that as triggers go, the R2 and L2 buttons of the PS3 controllers are pretty mediocre. Instead of arching inwards to reduce slipping and improve ergonomics, the PS3 controllers arch outwards, which prove troublesome when engaging in fast, forceful tapping. By utilizing a relatively simple snap-on design, the people at Real Triggers hope to remedy the DualShock 3 and Sixaxis' trigger woes. The Real Triggers attachments slide and lock onto the existing R2 and L2 buttons, resolving the issue by making a tapering ledge for your trigger fingers rest on. More »

September 30, 2008 - Sony's BD-live enabled Blu-ray player models, the BDP-S350 and BDP-S550, are a relatively pricey commodity. At launch, the Sony BDP-S550 was priced at $499.99 and the BDP-S350 at $399.99, but now Sony has dropped the price of the latter model by $100, making it the first standalone Blu-ray player to have a lower price point than the PlayStation 3.
