Submitted by FlakNinja, this 1vs1 map is entitled One Way Out. Described as "A small yet deadly map with only one way to go, through the middle. A great map for infantry and light armor.", this map is great for some intense 1vs1 games. So be sure to click the above link, where you can find more great screenshots of the map, as well as the map itself. Enjoy!
And remember, if you have your own maps, be sure to add them!

The first map, submitted by Sando, is entitled 8p The Ridge. Here's what he has to say about it: "Allied High Command has launched a high risk surprise attack, that could potentially cut off fuel for the entire Wehrmacht 4th battle group. After establishing a forward base on a ridge west of a major axis port and supply depot, they want you to lead the attack to take it." He's definitely put a lot of effort into this map, and has playtested and tweaked it thoroughly to ensure that it is just right. So be sure to give this one a dowload, I promise you don't want to miss this map!
The second map, submitted by xNITROX, is entitled Battle For Hamburg River. This 2vs2 player map has a very interesting twice. You'll need to control the rivers to keep the supply lines open, but the center islands are only accessible to infantry! Be sure to give this map a play, that clever little addition makes for some interesting games!
And remember, if you have your own maps, be sure to add them!

TSN's Bridger dropped by our forums to discuss his new Tales of Heroes show. Here's what he had to say...
-CoH on "Greatest Computer Games" List
The Houston Chronicle has published their list of great PC games that are perfect for some holiday season gift-giving. And of course, Company of Heroes tops their list. Here is what they had to say...
A strong contender for the best real-time strategy game of 2006, Company of Heroes takes the player through some of World War II's most important conflicts. Players get a bird's eye view of the action as they battle Axis forces for control of northern France. The emphasis is on close combat.
Company of Heroes' amazingly detailed graphics complement its realistic physics. Debris from destroyed buildings creates obstacles for vehicles, or protection for units from gunfire. The whip-smart artificial intelligence behind it all makes the game seem unnervingly real.
So if you haven't already, pick up a copy for yourself, or someone you like.

Saturday: -CoH @ Spike TV's Video Game Awards
While I'll admit I didn't watch Spike TV's Video Game Awards (I kind of have a hard time placing any faith in an award show that places an appearance by 50 Cent as a major highlight), but it looks like they've got some good taste. The awards list is making its rounds across the internet, with CoH taking the PC Game of the Year and Best Military Game awards. Interestingly enough, the game of the year was Oblivion, which was released for both the Xbox 360 and the PC. So how did Oblivion get the Game of the Year award when Company of Heroes beat it in the PC category?!
The first map, submitted by Stranger491, is entitled Dead crossing. Clocking in at a little under 3 MB, the Axis control the river, and the Allies need to take it back. It's got plenty of cool little touches, including a nice spot to plant some Axis artillery, so be sure to give it a try.
And remember, if you have your own maps, be sure to add them!
